With Genesis being the newest luxury player in America, the introduction of a compact sport sedan is a big step in making the brand more comparable to more well established rivals. Thankfully, the smaller G70 has some good bones, riding on a modified Stinger platform that is 6" shorter overall. Pair it with either a 2.0 turbo or 3.3 twin-turbo V6 and buyers in the market for a sport sedan should seriously put one on their drive list.
New Aston Martin DB11 Volante Concept 2019 - 2020 Review, Photos, Exhibition, Exterior and Interior The most elegant of convertible Aston Martins begins a new chapter with the introduction of the eagerly-awaited Aston Martin DB11 Volante. Joining the DB11 Coupe, which was launched to wide acclaim in 2016, the new DB11 Volante sets new standards of performance, innovation, engineering and style to create the definitive open-top Sports GT. Powered by a new 4.0-litre twin-turbo 510PS V8 engine, the Aston Martin DB11 Volante is built around the all-new bonded aluminium structure first seen in the DB11 Coupe. Lighter and more rigid than the model it replaces, the DB11 Volante has been engineered to deliver a much broader envelope of abilities. Greater levels of performance and handling accentuate the more sporting side of its character, while increased refinement, comfort and interior space ensure it remains a consummate grand tourer. This depth and breadth of ability is made possible by the Volante's 3-stage powertrain and chassis modes. Working in perfect harmony with the 8-speed paddle-shift automatic transmission, electric power steering and limited-slip differential with dynamic torque vectoring, the driver is able to configure the car's responses and tailor its behaviour in a way that best suits the road, weather conditions or their mood. Creature comforts such as a heated steering wheel encourage all-season open-air motoring, and rear seat ISOFIX attachment points - a first for a Volante model - bring added versatility.

New Dodge Challenger Concept 2019 - 2020 Review, Photos, Exhibition, Exterior and Interior Dodge continues to push the performance envelope in 2019, using its high-performance engine street credibility to elevate its entire Challenger lineup, introducing the most powerful supercharged SRT Hellcat lineup ever with horsepower output now starting at 717. And that's just the beginning. Following a record-setting year with the introduction of the limited-production Dodge Challenger SRT Demon - the quickest, fastest and most powerful muscle car ever - Dodge//SRT is going back to its muscle car roots by taking its biggest, most powerful engine - the supercharged HEMI® Demon V-8 - and leveraging its enormous power output to boost the performance of the Hellcat. The result: the 797-horsepower 2019 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat Redeye. "With 840 horsepower, a 9.65 quarter-mile time and Guinness World Record certification that it's the first production car to lift the wheels at launch, the Dodge Challenger SRT Demon earned its place in the record books," said Steve Beahm - Head of Passenger Cars, Dodge//SRT, Chrysler and FIAT, FCA North America. "The Dodge Brothers would be proud that we're leveraging the power and performance of this proven engine to bring a Demon-possessed Challenger SRT Hellcat Redeye to an even wider high-performance enthusiast audience."

Genesis unveiled its groundbreaking Essentia Concept at the 2018 New York International Auto Show. The all-electric, high-performance concept elevates and reimagines the "Athletic Elegance" design paradigm, while providing a vision of future Genesis product performance and technology.
"We understand our obligation as a luxury car manufacturer to create objects of desire, sparking passion and inspiration by emphasizing a culture while exceeding expectations in terms of technology and connectivity, bringing our outside world seamlessly to the inside of the vehicle," said Manfred Fitzgerald, Global Head of the Genesis Brand. "This is what the Genesis Essentia Concept is all about, and we are thrilled to introduce our interpretation of an all-electric, two-door Gran Turismo here in New York."
